Club House: The 1,000 sq. ft. Club House includes a full kitchen, dining/meeting room, library, lanai, and restrooms. This great facility provides year round hospitality to resident activities. Pool: The 30’ x 60’ pool is heated through the winter. Recently refinished, this first class facility is a central gathering point for socials, water aerobics, Sip ‘n Dip, and cookouts. Grill/Picnic: An outdoor stainless steel gas grill with all utensils is the focal point of a picnic area adjacent to the pool. Fishing: Bank fishing (no boats) is enjoyed by residents, who catch bass, tilapia, and crappie. Look out for the ALLIGATORS!
